VFX Coordinator

The VFX Coordinator runs the operational coordination of VFX work under the VFX Producer — tracking individual shots, managing vendor deliverables, and running the VFX paperwork.

What the role does

• Tracks every VFX shot through the pipeline — bids, briefs, deliveries, approvals
• Manages vendor deliverables + paperwork
• Coordinates VFX review sessions with director + supervisor + producer
• Maintains the VFX shot list + version control
• Supervises VFX Trainee

Position

Reports to VFX Producer. Coordinates with VFX Supervisor on creative review tracking.
