The Payroll Specialist is the specialist Accounts role focused on cast + crew payroll. PAYE / PRSI / USC compliance, weekly payroll runs, per-diem disbursements, holiday pay accruals.

  • Runs weekly payroll for cast + crew
  • Handles PAYE / PRSI / USC compliance + Revenue submissions
  • Manages per-diem disbursements in coordination with Travel & Accommodation Coordinator
  • Tracks holiday pay + accruals
  • Handles fringe + globals calculations on payroll
  • Liaises with Production Accountant on payroll cost reporting

Position

Reports to 1st Assistant Accountant / Production Accountant. Specialist role — not necessarily supervising others.
