Best Boy Grip

The Best Boy Grip is the operational lead for the Grip team under the Key Grip — managing kit, schedules, and the team's daily work.

What the role does

• Manages Grip kit + equipment — what gets ordered, where it's stored, how it moves
• Coordinates Grip scheduling + team allocation
• Operates dollies + cranes alongside the Key Grip
• Supervises Grip / Dolly Grip + Crane Technician / Remote Head Technician

Reports to Key Grip.
