# For the Broadcaster's delivery contact — using the Togra portal

The commission's deliverables checklist, live — accept and reject without the email chain.

You handle deliveries for a broadcaster that commissioned a production run in Togra. The producer sends you an invite link (single-use; accepting it proves your email); it opens the delivery room on the stakeholder portal, scoped to that production and your broadcaster.

What you see

  • Your deliverables checklist — every item on the commission, grouped by category (masters, audio, captions, paperwork, artwork), each with its spec, due date and sent date, overdue flags, and an honest n of m accepted count.
  • Delivery packs and files — where the producer has shared a file through their secure-share system, the item links it; an expired link says so instead of dead-linking.

What you do

Items the producer has marked sent are yours to judge: accept (which stamps the sign-off date) or reject with a note — the note is required, and it lands on the producer's deliverables page and in their approvals inbox immediately, so a rejection is never silently parked. Items still in progress are visible but read-only until they're sent.

What you never see

Another buyer's checklist on the same production, the producer's internal notes, or raw file-storage locations — files travel only through the share links the producer issued.
