Electrician Trainee
The Electrician Trainee is the entry-level Electrical role. Works under the Electrician (Spark) learning fixtures, cabling, and on-set lighting discipline.
What the role does
- Supports fixture handling + cabling
- Manages kit organisation + storage
- Observes the Gaffer + Best Boy Electric on rig design + execution
Position
Reports to Electrician (Spark).
Career progression
Path: Trainee → Electrician (Spark) → Best Boy Electric → Gaffer.
