Petty Cash Buyer

The Petty Cash Buyer handles small-cash acquisitions for the Set Decorating department — consumables, small props, day-to-day Set Dec purchases that don't warrant the larger supplier-deal process.

What the role does

• Performs petty-cash purchases for Set Decorating
• Maintains receipts + reconciliation with Production Accountant
• Manages small-supplier accounts
• Coordinates with Assistant Production Buyer on routing larger purchases

Position

Reports to Assistant Production Buyer / Production Buyer.
