# For the Writer — using the Togra portal

Your options, drafts, contracts and transparency statements — one login instead of a paper trail.

You've optioned material to, or been commissioned by, a production company that runs on Togra. The producer sends you an invite link; it opens the writer room on the stakeholder portal, scoped to the project.

What you see

The room is producer-curated: the producer chooses exactly which of your records are shared. It can carry:

• Your options — terms, expiry and reversion dates, with flags as a reversion window approaches.
• Your drafts and step deal — the delivery schedule, what's been delivered, what's due.
• Your contracts — with signing built in, so a signature never waits on a scanner.
• Your Article 19 transparency statements — the revenue-transparency reports the DSM Directive entitles you to, with a query thread if something needs explaining.

Your own money shows — option fee, step fees, contract fee — because you're the party to those agreements. What other parties earn, and the production's internal figures, are not in the room.

Keeping it current

When new records matching you appear after the room was set up, the producer is prompted to share them — the room doesn't silently fall behind.
