Each SI scheme has a pre-filled pack or tracker, assembled from data already in Togra:

• Development — the development application (with the Development Funding Guidelines enforced in the editors: ceilings, chain-of-title minimums, re-application limits) and the documentary development pack.
• Production — the creative application, and the Production Specification Form pack covering all nine sections (the form): entities, talent, HoDs, budget lines pulled from the Budget Tool, bank accounts, recoupment, bond, credits.
