For the Casting Agent — using the Togra portal

# For the Casting Agent — using the Togra portal

Submitting clients, confirming auditions, tracking offers — through your own login.

You're an agent whose clients are up for roles on a production run in Togra. The producer sends you an invite link (single-use; accepting it proves your email); it opens the casting agent room on the stakeholder portal, scoped to that production. This is a portal login, not a producer-app account — you see the casting slice and nothing else. (If you're the production's own casting director, that's a different, fuller view — see the Casting Director guide.)

What you see

  • The open roles on the production — every role currently being cast.
  • Your submissions — put a client forward for a role; each submission is stamped with your identity from the grant, so provenance is never in doubt.
  • Auditions — slots for your clients, with confirm / decline.
  • Offers — status and LOI dates for your clients, plus casting advice note status and signing callouts where a signature is due.

Outcomes are always stated: when the production passes on a submission, it shows "not proceeding" immediately — no silent limbo.

What you never see

Fees, internal casting notes and ratings, and other agents' submissions all stay on the production side.

Cross-production

One portal login can hold grants from several productions and several companies — each grant opens its own room.

See the portals overview for how invites, scope and revocation work.
