Production Coordinator
The Production Coordinator runs the production office paperwork and crew communications under the Production Manager. Where the Production Manager handles strategy and senior-level liaison, the Production Coordinator handles the operational throughput of the office.
What the role does
- Distributes call sheets, schedules, daily notes to cast + crew
- Manages crew start packs, deal memos, contract distribution
- Coordinates purchase orders + supplier paperwork
- Manages delivery logistics in and out of the production office
- Handles crew enquiries — payroll, travel, accommodation, day-to-day
- Maintains the production office files — physical and digital
- Coordinates with Assistant Production Coordinator and Production Trainee
Position in the production
Reports to Production Manager. Supervises Assistant Production Coordinator and Production Trainee.
