The Production Coordinator runs the production office paperwork and crew communications under the Production Manager. Where the Production Manager handles strategy and senior-level liaison, the Production Coordinator handles the operational throughput of the office.

  • Distributes call sheets, schedules, daily notes to cast + crew
  • Manages crew start packs, deal memos, contract distribution
  • Coordinates purchase orders + supplier paperwork
  • Manages delivery logistics in and out of the production office
  • Handles crew enquiries — payroll, travel, accommodation, day-to-day
  • Maintains the production office files — physical and digital
  • Coordinates with Assistant Production Coordinator and Production Trainee
